A boutique CX advisory built for growing organisations.
CXAnanta exists to put the processes, standards, and governance in place that let customer experience compound with growth, not decay under it.
Ananta means infinite
“Customer experience has no fixed ceiling. It compounds when it is properly governed, and it decays when it is left to chance.”
Sunil Sharma
Founder, CXAnanta. Former APAC Head, Customer Service and Compliance, LifeScan (Johnson & Johnson).
Before founding CXAnanta, Sunil led Customer Service and Compliance for the Asia Pacific region at LifeScan, part of Johnson & Johnson, overseeing multi-country service operations across regulated healthcare markets.
His experience combines strategic leadership with deep operational expertise in building and transforming customer service organisations across diverse markets.
CXAnanta is a one-person advisory by design. Clients work directly with Sunil, from the initial diagnostic through to delivery. No rotating team, no handoffs between junior and senior staff.
What makes this advisory different
Founder-led, always
You work with Sunil directly, from diagnosis through delivery. No juniors, no rotating teams.
Built for regulated environments
Two decades in healthcare and compliance-heavy operations. We know what governance actually requires.
Governance-first thinking
Every recommendation is designed to hold after we leave. No slide decks without operating change behind them.
Honest about fit
If we cannot help you, we will say so, and point you towards someone who can.
